How do I book an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by clicking the “Book Appointment Now” button on our website. Follow the prompts to select “Initial appointment” for the first appointment or “Follow-up appointment” for subsequent ones and choose a date and time.
Do I need to create an account to book an appointment?
Creating an account enables you to conveniently track your appointments and manage your bookings all in one place.
What should I do if I am unable to find any available appointments?
Please contact us at [email protected] and include your name, phone number and location and we will add you to the waitlist. We will be in touch to offer you any appointments that become available due to last-minute cancellations and changes.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring any important medical information and details of your current medications.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please log in to your account and proceed to cancel or reschedule from there. Alternatively, you can also go to your confirmation email and select the option to cancel or reschedule. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our team.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee. However, appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, please call 020 3640 5903, select option 1, and then choose option 1 again. If you do not notify us of cancellations, we will be unable to offer you further appointments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards.
Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Yes, once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please also check your junk email folder if you cannot locate the email.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Please check our booking system for the most up-to-date availability.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
The duration of the appointment depends on the service you are booking: initial appointments are 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.
When will I receive the Zoom link for my virtual appointment?
If you have an appointment with the Virtual and Scottish Virtual clinics, you will automatically receive the Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. For virtual appointments at other clinics, the practitioner will email you the details before your appointment.

What if I don’t see the service I need?
If you don’t see the service you need, please contact us. We may still be able to accommodate your request or provide alternative solutions.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular times and services.
When do I receive my medication?
After your appointment, the practitioner will arrange for your prescribed medication to be ordered from the pharmacy. The first prescription will be provided at no cost and delivered within one week. For subsequent prescriptions, the pharmacy will get in touch with you by phone to arrange payment before providing the medication. Please note that the medication cannot be dispensed without payment. If you experience any issues with your medication, please contact your practitioner or reach out to the team at [email protected].

You can show your support for the clinic in various ways. One option is to make a donation through our website. Another way to help is by spreading the word about our services, sharing our website and social media posts, and telling your friends and family about the work we do.
