How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by clicking the “Book Appointment Now” button on our website. Follow the prompts to select “Initial appointment” for the first appointment or “Follow-up appointment” for subsequent ones and choose a date and time.

Do I need to create an account to book an appointment?

Creating an account enables you to conveniently track your appointments and manage your bookings all in one place.

What should I do if I am unable to find any available appointments?

Please contact us at clinics@homeopathy-uk.org and include your name, phone number and location and we will add you to the waitlist. We will be in touch to offer you any appointments that become available due to last-minute cancellations and changes.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any important medical information and details of your current medications. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

Yes, once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please also check your junk email folder if you cannot locate the email.

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Please check our booking system for the most up-to-date availability.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If you are late, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

How long does the appointment take?

The duration of the appointment depends on the service you are booking: initial appointments are 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes.

When will I receive the Zoom link for my virtual appointment?

If you have an appointment with the Virtual and Scottish Virtual clinics, you will automatically receive the Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. For virtual appointments at other clinics, the practitioner will email you the details before your appointment.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for certain services.

What if I don’t see the service I need?

If you don’t see the service you need, please contact us. We may still be able to accommodate your request or provide alternative solutions.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular times and services.

When do I receive my medication?

After your appointment, the practitioner arranges for your prescribed medication to be ordered from the pharmacy. The first prescription is provided free of charge and is usually delivered within one week. For follow-up prescriptions patients pay directly, but you are welcome to order them independently from any homeopathic pharmacy if you prefer.

How can I support the clinic?

You can show your support for the clinic in various ways. One option is to make a donation through our website. Another way to help is by spreading the word about our services, sharing our website and social media posts, and telling your friends and family about the work we do. You could also consider organising fundraising events or initiatives to raise money. Additionally, we value your feedback and would love to hear of success stories you have from our clinics. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.

What happens if I try to reschedule within 48 hours of my appointment?

Unfortunately, appointments cannot be rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep our clinics running smoothly for all patients.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you may cancel your appointment at any time; however, please note that all cancellations are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the notice given. This policy helps us manage our clinics fairly and maintain availability for all patients.

What if I have an emergency and can’t attend my appointment?

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. While refunds are not available, we will always review your circumstances with care and understanding.

How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by:

  • Calling the clinic during opening hours
  • Using our online booking system or the link in your email confirmation
  • Emailing the clinics team at clinics@homeopathy-uk.org

Please note:

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations are strictly non-refundable
