Accessible to those on low incomes
Thank you for your email updating me about the new charges. I think it is perfectly reasonable and acceptable to charge for consultations and follow up appointments. You provide such a wonderful service running this clinic. The price still makes it accessible and affordable to those on low incomes and for pensioners like me.
Reduced the intensity of my symptoms

A life changing experience
Dr Foster and the treatment he suggested has been the most life changing thing I have ever experienced. I’ve been suffering with migraines for around 15 years and have been prescribed all manner of different medications from my GP, all to little or no avail. I was convinced that there must be something out there that would work and started looking into my migraines in a bit more detail, not happy with just having the dosage increased of a medication that was impacting my life in more ways than it was benefitting. Dr Foster actually took the time to listen to all my concerns and asked an array of questions about my background, life, work, hobbies etc. I felt like he really wanted to understand me before suggesting a remedy. Within one week I had already noticed a significant reduction in my migraines. I honestly can’t thank him or the clinic enough for offering the service and will 100% recommend it to anyone I think it would benefit.

Approachable and knowledgeable
I visited Emma at Liverpool clinic several times for issues around emotional stress and bereavement. I have found this and remedies prescribed very helpful. Emma is so approachable and knowledgeable it put my mind at ease immediately and I felt sure she would be able to help. It takes a wee while but I would definitely see her again and have already recommended to others. So grateful to have the opportunity.
Time dedicated to my case
I liked the professionalism of the doctor, the interest he show and the time he dedicated to my case. Reminders are sent and the affordable donation was taken efficiently. Contact can also be made by telephone, which I prefer. The remedies arrived very quickly with clear instructions.

A warm and accepting reception
The Internet-based format made it so much easier for me to consult a homeopath. Despite the virtual format, I found it easy to go into detail about my circumstances, certain of a warm and accepting reception.
Feel better than I have for years
I first met Elaine on zoom in January 2024. I was taking anti-depressants and dealing with uncomfortable and embarrassing bowel problems, due to a prolapse. I found Elaine very empathetic and non-judgemental and so I opened up about the issues. She was very easy to talk to. The first remedy she prescribed hit the nail on the head so to speak. Over the course of the year, Elaine has encouraged me to regularly update on my progress and offered helpful suggestions on how to process the root cause of my depression. Having put her suggestions into practice, as well as taking the remedy as recommended I am no longer using anti depressants and my bowel condition has improved beyond expectations! I feel better in myself than I have for years and cannot thank Elaine enough for everything she has done to help get me to this point in my life.
